Introducing OnTrack TPMS Display

We’ve been quietly working on something new for the TPMS lineup 👀

Meet the new OnTrack TPMS Display.

This is for the people who wanted a proper dedicated display they can mount on the dashboard, clip into vents, or run in their favourite mount setup without needing to keep the app open all the time.

Under the hood, this thing is seriously capable.

The brains of the display are powered by an ESP32 S3 which gives us enough performance to drive a sharp round display, keep the UI smooth, and handle Bluetooth communication at the same time without slowing down when things get busy.

We built everything on Espressif’s official ESP IDF framework because reliability matters. We wanted something that feels like a real product from the second it powers on, not a hobby project pretending to be one.

For the interface we’re using LVGL, which lets us build a clean responsive UI with proper layouts, readable data, icons, and smooth updates that actually feel polished while driving.

The TPMS side is all custom built by us. BLE scanning, sensor communication, packet parsing, live tyre data, alert handling, all handled directly by the display firmware so everything feels instant and reliable.

And of course its all fully configurable directly from the OnTrack app ❤️

You can configure the display from the app including:

  • Pairing sensors
  • Selecting pressure and temperature alerting presets
  • Hot swapping between multiple vehicle setups
  • Live tyre pressure and temperature monitoring

This has been designed from day one to feel like a proper extension of the OnTrack ecosystem rather than a separate gadget.

Shortly, we’ll be launching a limited number of units for our Alpha release, mainly for the early adopters who love testing new hardware, giving feedback, and helping shape the final experience before wider rollout.

We’ll be posting over on our Instagram (@ontrackapps) when the Alpha release goes live.

See you at the apex.
